This orange spice tea cake is just one of the more than 50 recipes for drinks, breads, breakfast and what I like to call second breakfast (and most people call dessert). Some of the plant-based breakfast options include my famous lemon-blueberry granola and spiced pear waffles. My other favorites include the brownies (which I’ve got in the oven right now, the chocolatey goodness wafting up the stairs), the “It was yellow” chocolate chip cookies, and just in time for the upcoming holiday season, new-fashioned gingerbread.
