I love this recipe for so many reasons. While the number of ingredients makes it looking a bit daunting, it’s really not bad. I assemble it in under 30 minutes. You can assemble it earlier in the day and then pop it in the oven before company comes, or your day goes south because your kids are running wild, or you need a relaxing evening and want to pretend someone cooked for you. Serve with french bread, a tossed green salad and a cooked green vegetable like broccoli or asparagus for a very filling meal.
